Common repairs we handle
- Pumps that won't prime, hum, trip the breaker or leak at the seal
- High or low filter pressure and cracked filter tanks or lids
- Heaters that won't fire or shut off early
- Pool lights that are out or tripping the GFCI
- Automation and timer problems
- Leaking valves, unions and above-ground plumbing
- Suspected leaks (we'll help you confirm water loss first)
Signs you should call
- The pool is losing more than about a quarter inch a day beyond normal evaporation
- Air bubbles from the returns or a pump basket that won't stay full
- Wet spots around the equipment pad or deck
- New grinding, screeching or humming from the pump
Check this first: the bucket test
Set a bucket of pool water on the top step, mark the water level inside the bucket and on the pool, and compare after 24 hours. If the pool drops noticeably more than the bucket, you likely have a leak and not just evaporation.
